4. Student Responsibilities

5. Hostel Owner Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information about their properties
• Maintain up-to-date availability and pricing information
• Comply with all local housing regulations and safety standards
• Respond promptly to student inquiries
• Honor the terms and conditions of their listings
• Maintain proper documentation and licenses as required by law

6. Content Guidelines

• Users must not post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Content must not violate any intellectual property rights
• Prohibited content includes discriminatory, offensive, or illegal material
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines
